Not often you see a lady in heels these days.. more often trainers

Surely you are intimately familiar with both forms of footwear?

It does make it tricky to walk when you wear one of each but it's worth it for all the attention

Do you not find it uncomfortable to have your feet on the footplate with heels and/or they catch on the ground?

I think if I sat upright and how you are meant to sit with one foot on each plate, I probably would find more issues. But I sort of have my feet tucked under to one side at an angle, both on one footplate. (I don’t think I’m describing this well) it’s the only way I can sit without suffering terrible back ache after.

Sounds like your chair isn't quite the right size but of course that's not the question

Mine is one solid footplate that brings your feet together....

I still have my temp chair, so not ideal. I’m hoping to get the electric one next month, I’ll most likely start seeing the problems with wearing heels then. I’ll just be barefoot and hold my shoes as pretty props lol.

Every night out/occasion I've been to it's like a race to see who gets their heels off and their trainers or they slippers you get from the toilet that the host has put in. Young ones have no stamina

I'd send you a pic of my manual one but if you're going 'leccy then no point. And also definitely not the point on here

They are fine for commuting or for going shopping…. But somewhere glamorous/dinner/naughty night = wearing heels. (

Docs are my go to these days or boots with a chunky heel, girly heels might look nice but whats the point if they cause you so much pain????? I only wear heels in the bedroom, they are to be admired in the air or on photos only.

I wear a lot of trainers on a day to day basis. They are just comfy, sometimes I wear boots also with a heel (not a sky high one)

But that’s about it

And only wear the big heels for special occasions (parties or fancy dinners Or in the bedroom ahah)

Oh I totally agree with most of the comments. Be comfortable.

I have old running she's I were about all the time just because they are so comfy.

If I were going out on a classy night for a meal and a dance I would 'suit up' and were mundane shoes. But frankly I would want my date to be comfortable.

Never understood them.

They look uncomfortable. Surely aren't practical. Most people can't walk in them. Can't imagine they're good for your feet.

I think women's legs look nicer with flat shoes too.

I have only a few pairs of heels, and i love them, but soooo painful and hard to walk in! If i have to walk anywhere on a night where i dress up, i would go for smart flats or boots. As sexy as heels are, the resultant hobbling is not! X

I have far too many trainers. Adidas keep reissuing the vintage styles and I keep having to buy them.
