Maybe it's because they only have pics of the woman on their profiles

I personally think it's a good idea, as some do, to actually say which half is speaking

(you can't hear the deep/ gruff accent in typing )

I must admit I'm guilty of it sometimes that's why is do much easier when the couple sign there post with either the m or f name/tag

We have had it a few times in the chat rooms, Dave has been online when a bloke has PM'ed saying 'lovely tits', his reply is usually 'thanks, but the wifes are better'. That is usually the end of the conversation.
