How many people on here really mean 18-99??? It would be much easier if you actually said what age group you were interested in and maybe you would get a lot less responses …

I think in men's cases you might find they get more responses if they specify an age range as it shows they have put at least some thought into what they are actually looking for.

We do OP, currently 26-50. It did used to be 30-50 but due to a certain someone we have now opened up the age bracket for guys under 30 too xx

I can’t remember what mine is set to, but it is narrower.

But let’s face it, you can be 26 and look like Iggy Pop’s handbag, which would make it a “no” from me.

It’s just a way to make it easier to exclude the outliers.

I wouldn't want to meet anyone under 25.. they'd probably spend most of the meet updating there Facebook status...or other shit young people do..and wouldn't really meet anyone 70+..as they might die on me..

I have an age range preference and I always check out the man’s, if he’s in my age range and looking to sleep with young women it puts me off

Setting your age range also sets the age of people who display in your local updates. I sometimes set ours to 18-99, just so we can see who we might be missing out on.

In our experience age is not a huge thing and it becomes less of a thing to us as we go on. Simply because in club we meet people and we either find them hot or not, we don't ask age. Turns out that the people we've had great times with have been all ages. Including some quite a bit older than us. So it seems stupid to set an age range when age don't seem much of a factor to us. Granted I don't see us with anyone in their 80s but to be fair we don't have 100s of messages from octogenarians.
