Are you doing a Sunday roast or something else? I made a mousaka last night to be cooked in the oven later after I finish the bechamel. I followed a good recipe I was given by a local restaurant few years back and its amazing. Nothing like the stuff you buy in supermarkets. It does take a bit of effort but nothing too difficult. I will put the recipe in the 'Favourite recipe' thread at some point.

Lovely and I am sure it will be appreciated after her covid situation and missing her home comforts

Recipe now on the 'Favourite recipe' thread as promised for anyone who wants to try it sometime. Takes a bit of time but is delicious and can make the meat or veg version. Enjoy

Whatever I can find that I fancy on Just Eat/Deliveroo/Uber Eats. The doc has doubled my BP meds and I feel like utter dogshit, so I'm not cooking!

Hope you're feeling better soon.

I'm not sure what I'm having OP, I'm tempted to just have some toast and grapes.
