I always thought David Gray was under rated as a singer song writer. White ladder was a belting album

I’m going to add “who do you think is it was under rated?” to your thread so it might get more replies.

I think Karin Elisabeth Dreijer is amazing, being a Swedish singer/songwriter (half of The Knife and all of Fever Ray) who has also guested on loads of other cool Scandinavian tracks (like Royksopp - also under rated). Anyone who’s heard the theme music to Vikings has heard her work, and Heartbeats by Jose Gonzales (also un... Etc) has heard her work. I think of her as an underground Bjork
