10PM: Really tired.

12AM: Falling asleep...

1AM: HEYOOOOO PARTY TIMEEEEE!!

2AM: LET'S PUMP SOME FUCKING IRON.

3.30AM: Time to make a 5 year plan, enrol in career changing courses, apply for a mortgage, freeze my eggs, meal prep, change my tyres, file my bank statements in reverse alphabetical order.

9AM: Why the fuck am I so dead...

Glass of Chery juice late evening.

Magnesium Oil spray, just before getting in to bed.

May not work for everyone but, it helped me.

Magnesium glycinate capsules are excellent for aiding sleep. They're a relaxant.

Phone off. Internet off. All Social media off.

All a good 30 mins before you intend to retire to bed.

Works for me as I used to be the same.
