"I exceeded 11 minutes over parking period at a retail outlet car park.(I actually didn't realize there was a time restriction) I do have a receipt with times on when I paid for my goods. Anyone got similar charges and won an appeal?" People are having this problem in Cornwall all the time lately. Some win the appeal and some don't. I would try and appeal, can't make things worse I don't think | |||
