I think Dad bod is the semi muscular with a tum kind of style… not fat, not athletic but the epitome of a man who just can’t be arsed due to the fact his kids have sucked the life out of him to even bother

"Look at my dad's body" would be odd

"Look at my body of a dad" could get you arrested.
