I genuinely have no idea.

Is it something that’s quantifiable?

Exactly not because you actually had a baby. Therefore a non dad could have a dad bod I think?

Yip. It's a physical appearance, not a parental status.

So if a man has a child but doesn't know about it, does he still have a dad bod?

My question is……I apparently have a big dad bod at the moment. But will I lose that status as the body fat% drops?

I don’t wanna lose anything.

Zac Efron had a dad bod in a Netflix show about a year and a half ago.

Google “Zac Efron dad bod” - that’s the perfect description of what most girls mean when they say “dad bod”.

I think Dad bod is the semi muscular with a tum kind of style… not fat, not athletic but the epitome of a man who just can’t be arsed due to the fact his kids have sucked the life out of him to even bother

I love a Dad bod!

Classes? Its all down to how you say it Op

"Look at my dad bod" is fine

"Look at my dad's body" would be odd

"Look at my body of a dad" could get you arrested.
