Lots of stereotypes, not that I believe them but, the dreaded white van man, BMW and Audi drivers that have their indicators removed before purchase, little cars like Micra's and Corsa that Sunday drive all week.

There is no law saying that you MUst indicate... i only indictae if thats can make someone pull out otherwise i dont bother and i sont drive bmw

Generally people buying low spec german cars - BMW 1 series & Merc A classes generally.

Drive about as if they are driving top end race cars, when in reality they are driving shitbox diesels.

I find it safer not to indicate - keeps people guessing.

When I do, I find people cut across me or out in front of me.

I do indicate if I think a pedestrian has not seen me or has - but is going to walk out anyway...

I'd count them in with uniformed chauffeurs but I can't remember either. If they have a "passenger" they go too slowly to do anything too bad though

I think the old BMW not indicating or tailgating thing is a bit boring now. I had one, still indicated, I was no different than when I had my insignia before it. People were less courteous with me though.

These days I think standards of driving are poor regardless of car. I definitely notice variations in quality between places rather than between car brands.

If I had to say a particular car driver was worse than others I’d go for merc A class drivers….. purely because my ex has one and she’s a gangly knuckled, arse faced cockwomble!

Yes and different demographics. Something that insurance companies, marketing folk and the manufacturers know too and research well.

Although there is a type of driver that drive all sorts of brands that you need to watch out for. Often driving disposable cars of little scrap value. They have little respect and can do on the road what they want because they often have nothing to lose. However antisocial their driving is just keep well clear and let them get on with it. Because they may have nothing to lose (including a licence) but you do.

When I was learning to ride a motorbike I remember the instructor telling me to always look at the driver of cars that could pull into your path, you can tell lot about their actions from what their head is doing, people tend to turn their head in the directions they're about to go, if they make eye contact you know you've been seen etc. He finished the lesson by saying, if they're wearing a baseball cap, ignore all that and give them as much space as possible, the worst drivers on the road all wear caps.

Can't say I've ever really noticed if it's true or not but I remember him being quite adamant about it.
