This is what I am going to do, just want to go with no fuss or drama.

Told my boys to arrange a party, with a theme of their choosing to celebrate me instead. Want their last memories to be a fun memory not of being sat in a cold crematorium

That sounds like the kind of thing I'd want

There is a line from a film 'at first she died, and then she dead' I would have a ceremony just for my eldest to stand up and quote that before the 'mic drop'

Eldest up for it, youngest did not think it appropriate! What a miserable git

Nice choices.

My best friend had rank1 - airwave played at his funeral and to this day I regret not throwing some shapes but tbh there were some big scary men at that funeral who wouldn't have understood.

"What a depressing thread "

Other threads are available.

If I was gonna choose I spose upbeat songs that reflect my tastes.

In with Enjoy Yourself by Prince Buster (lyrics are perfect for the occasion) and out with All You Need is Love by the Beatles which I've always maintained is solid advice.
