What’s the deal with asking for a face picture

Been chatting to this woman all day.

Asked for a face pic. Then the games start

‘I don’t accept a friend request untill we’ve met’

‘Ok, I just asked to see who I’m talking to’

‘Why?’

‘Tell you what, forget it’

Did you send a face pic? Maybe she wanted to get to know you before she shared a face pic. Some people prefer knowing if they could be compatible before sending a face pic whereas others do prefer face pics first - preference.

Just leave it and move on

I was chatting to a couple.

They asked for one which I sent.

I asked for one and got told they don't give them out. Fair enough

They still pushed to meet but I said not without seeing a face pic first.

They then got pissy and called me all sorts then blocked me.

Bullet dodged there I think

Depends on how long that chat exchange has been going but I’d perhaps of shown a little more patience.

Face pics can be a big deal for some and not for others.

I can understand you wanting one before meeting etc but maybe give her a little more opportunity to trust you, like you etc to see if she then sends before cutting ties?

Else just chalk it up as annoying and move one x

You should be thankful she (if she is really “she” and not another cunt wasting your time) blocked you and saved your time. In 99% cases these talks will not lead to a real meet so what’s the point!? Just move on and be happy

Just to add, for me it’s kind of a marker. I respect privacy and discreetness however at some point you’ll see if people are ready for a next step like coffee or any other social or it’s just bla-bla-bla
