Somewhere In The Ether…

Good folks, I am being nosey yet again (sorry but not sorry)

My question for you today: Are you the sort of person who enjoys overcoming challenges or else do you prefer things to come easily?

Please elucidate

Paradise, Herts

These days I prefer everything to be easy.

Easy please. But there is that satisfaction of being able to problem solve. I have to do it every day in my job though (hence why I'd like easy)

I love a challenge. If things come too easy, it's boring x

It really depends in the challenge. Some are great when you do, others you feel relieved to have done and some, well are too horrible to even contemplate. On the whole most people would prefer an easy life but life is not like that.

I enjoy the satisfaction of overcoming a challenge but right here, right now I cannot be arsed with anything so I’ll take the easy option until I come out of hibernation

I’ll happily take challenges as long as they are valid, i.e. not something simple made difficult/complicated unnecessarily.

“Ain’t no-one got tiiiime for dat sheeeit”

Otherwise, easy please. As in reeeallllly easy.

Setting challenges is the way to an easier life.

I am lazy, therefore my challenge is to make everything so efficient that I can do everything without feeling I’m labouring.

Also it gives goal posts. Like rebuilding my spine, from being bare alt able to walk to competing in a Strongman comp. I have achieved something!

Hell yeah. Maybe it’s my age. I see statuses all the time, play games with me and I’ll show you how it’s played etc. I just think oh god what an effort . Play games with me and I’ll just walk away! Give me the easy life any day

As a rule, whilst I might opt for easy, there is undeniably far more reward I find, if I achieve something after a bit of a struggle

I like the challenges where if you finish the steak it’s free, although I always regret it after

My whole existence is a challenge at the moment, so I enjoy the sporadic easy interludes.

Every day is a challenge at my desk …. Including today! Life would be pretty dull if everyday was the same. I like the challenge

Thanks all.

And thanks for ignoring the delightful typos.

I swear my phone does it on purpose now.
