Masala Dosa…… just yum. . My absolute favourite is an awesome Dahl with chapati. I also had a squash and beetroot dansak in a curry house in Brighton. I cook my version of that at home quite a lot

Lamb Jalfrezi.

My local used to do a fantastic “railway curry”, which was a really rich, dark, hot and spicy one, but I’ve not had it anywhere else.
