Over that last 2 years I've been severely depressed. I originally came to this site to find pleasure from sex, and I'm sure I'm not the first or last to do this.

Today is one of the good days and I hope anyone reading this has had a good one too!

There is an interesting article in the voice, written by Andrew W.K. He has suffered from depression his whole life. He treats it as part of his life he has to get through, to get to better times. He isn't ashamed of those times, he acknowledges them for what they are. A cloud the comes now and then to cover the stars, however the stars will shine again.

He has been given an award from the American suicidology society, for his positive attitude to this subject.

I found it by googling

Andrew W.K. struggling with mental health issues.

It might not help everyone, but someone might find it interesting.
