Slow down and switch to another technique for a few mins if you feel you are going to cum.

I would say don't have a wank before you meet someone. You can tell quite easily when someone has and rather than someone hammering away at you for hours spend time doing other things like oral, masturbation. If they're your partner it might be different but generally the second time you're not quite as erm... eager.
