The Town by The Cross

I bought a tub of vegan ice cream for a friend coming over tomorrow.

I am avoiding sugar like the plague but it's talking to me.

It whispers from the freezer.........

Do I succumb and do my self in with sugar ...... Do I save it from my friend who doesn't know i've bought it for him .....

Just for info..... it's almond and salted caramel .......

Also in my experience the anticipation of the food is usually better than the food itself. It won't compare to the feeling you'll get surprising your friend with some lovely ice cream tomorrow

Go and clean your teeth really thoroughly so your mouth feels fantastic.

Then run a bath and put some bubbles in and conditioner on your hair.

Great way to avoid sugar.

Metabolism?

Yoy might need more than 4,000 calories, especially if you are doing lots of exercise.

Yes because once you have the first spoonful it will be half defrosted and would just spoil if you put it back in the freezer.
