Welcome to my world " Try taking up yoga, it’s great for your flexibility and balance, I remember once getting to a point where I was struggling to be able to put a sock on stood up, so lifting my leg and balancing while I was stood up putting the sock on, and thought that was the thin end of the wedge and never wanted to get back in that situation again, so if I get out of the habit of yoga sometimes, then if I feel like that might become a struggle then that’s my wake up call. | |||
