Treated myself to one of those teddy bear duvet sets!

Do you but matching coloured sheets and pillow cases? I've been told I'm weird for doing so.

Do you wash your new bedding before putting it on for the first time?

Ooh I’ve been looking (and stroking) some of those teddy bear sets myself recently. They are lovely.

I always wash new bedding before using it and make sure my sheet and pillowcases match the duvet set. Most of mine are a red pattern so I can mix and match the sheets and pillow cases.

Either matching or tastefully contrasting is fine with a good 300 thread count . And yes of course wash it first, dry it preferably hanging ou in clean fresh air and give it a good ironing before carefully let it adorn your bed.

I grab whatever’s on the top of the clean pile. Bung it on, and get under it.

If it’s cold, I might get under that too.

Yes I always buy matching sheets and pillowcases for all new bedding sets so I much be weird too always wash everything when it's new, I've reacted to stuff that hasn't been washed first so I don't risk it. Enjoy your new bedding

I always get matching/coordinated sheets/pillow cases

Never wash them first, I like that new feeling when you get in bed for the first time
