It's Friday.

I'm really not in the mood to work. I've had too many coffees, too many choccy croissants and thoroughly bored with dull work emails and phone calls!

So i'm taking 5 mins to sit and smoke, drink yet more coffee and share some observations i've made over the last few weeks.

Interesting? Possibly. Unique? Bloody doubt it! Right or wrong? Who can say!

But hey - consider it the ramblings of a part time loon - and feel free to add your own!

1. 95% of meet today posts are from single men. Who post them daily. And remain unverified after many, many months. Does this say something about the effectiveness of this option?

2. Some people take the forums way too seriously. It's often tongue in cheek folks. Look harder and it's obvious.

3. Chat rooms. Now i'm not a regular user - wouldn't be seen dead in the directing rooms - but have started straying into the odd 'non-directing' room for chat's with online friends. Why are guys convinced people in those want to see them knock one out?

4. Status Updates. Often funny, sometimes ranty - but the ones that crack me up are the 'My God last night was the best shag of my life!' style ones. On year old unverified profiles. Your left hand cannot leave you a veri !!

5. Most fabbed pics. Some nice ones in there as always - but would be great to see some more creative ones rather than just the usual stunning young ladies. Maybe one of someone posing on a bed in IKEA, pushing a shopping trolley down the fresh meat aisle in ASDA in a short skirt and no knickers, or hanging upside down from a tree topless.

7. What happened to 6 ?

8. Fabbing pics. It's nice to give as well as recieve. And it doesn't always mean you want to jump someones bones - just that you're good with a camera. So get fabbing folks and make someone's day!

9. Verifications. Show em or hide em - it's your choice. But if you back track the veri's of someone you like the look of - trust me - messaging them and asking them to put a good word in for a random stranger is probably not going to get you the result you're looking for. Stop being lazy. Man (or woman!) up and say hi yourself!

10. Top tips requests in forums. Asking for profile feedback and advice is never a bad idea if done in the right way and responses taken in a positive manner (and yes you'll always get some piss taking replys - see note above about forums!) - but expecting someone to be able to provide you with a magic formula or share a 'no lose' opening message is not gonna happen. Why do people think there's a one size fits all formula for guaranteed fun?

11. Shit there goes the phone - bet it's my bastard boss! Talk amongst yourselves peeps!
