Having spent most of the last 3 months on nude beaches in Canaries, we would say 95% of all lady parts of all ages are clean shaven/waxed. It is a real rarity to see that straggly unkempt thatch so loved in the 1970's!

The good bits aren't hairy in any case... I have a slight preference for shaved/waxed, but this is largely about enjoying the view. I think anyone should consider it a privilege to be invited to view another person's intimate areas, so it'd be downright rude to pass judgment either way...
