Is anyone else on a diet post Christmas? Maybe we could support each other.

If someone can come and remove all the chocolate in my house that would be a great help.

I am finding the only way I can loose weight is by giving up everything I enjoy. I have lost 4kg since New Year. It looks like it going to be a quiet few months. The hardest thing to give up is drinking.

Thank you. I have started walking to speed up the weight loss. Just going out for a walk now.

I'm doing the 5:2.

Only thing that works for me as I like my grub and just watching what I eat 2 days a week is much better for me. Lost nearly half a stone

Need to consistently add in exercise now.

I’m calorie counting and moving more I’ve lost 2.5kg in the last four weeks I’m aiming to have lost 3 stone by the end of this year. I’m trying to be realistic and realise I’m not going to lose it quickly so not putting any unnecessary pressure on myself and not beat myself if I go over my calorie count.

There is a club in London called SBN stark bollock naked I want to go to but I have to finish my diet. I put 12 kg on last year when I had a health scare. Lost 5kg since New Year so getting there. I am missing drinking and partying.
