Let me clear a couple of things up for you:

A) it’s not your business what anyone eats.

B) it’s not your business to comment negatively on anyone’s appearance. Nobody, (other than yourself apparently) appointed you to comment negatively on any woman’s body.

C) I suggest you address whatever it is about yourself or your current circumstances which causes you to go out of your way to project such negativity onto others. What you wrote says a lot more about you than anyone else, whether they eat McDonalds or not. This one is definitely very much about you.

Okay a big mac weighs 240g on average (depending on how heavy on the special source you have been). A European sparrow weighs about 20g.

So let’s just say the sparrow was able to lift 12 times it’s body weight but would expend more energy to do so, this would mean converting velocity into lift (to maintain height), thus I propose that we reduce wing beats per second by a third (to 8 bps) to take into account beats designed for lift not thrust (slower and with more arc) and reduce the velocity by two thirds (to maintain altitude) say 0.25mps

So we get 8 x 0.25 say 2metres per second or

4.47mph for a swallow carrying a Big Mac, long story short, how do you feel about a cold Big Mac?

So we get 8 x 0.25 say 2metres per second or

4.47mph for a swallow carrying a Big Mac, long story short, how do you feel about a cold Big Mac?
