Leftovers from the previous evenings meal which can include beef stew, curry, or lasagne

I rarely eat sandwiches...so if not leftovers I take salad.

Banana or apple, granola with natural yogurt

There are lots of different recipes for protein balls. I make them by combining oats, peanut butter, coffee and blended dates. Roll them in balls and coat them in powdered oats and nuts.

Yorkshire

If I do, it is usually a mixed salad with some cold turkey, chicken or feta cheese. A pink lady apple, some orange juice and a little treat like a snickers or a piece of carrot cake or a nut bar

Aha so like keto balls. I was imagining the bird seed balls.

This thread (apart from the gristle and cold spunk ) is giving me good ideas for work food.

2x thermos food flasks with some seasoned 5% mince, rice, spinach, onions, peppers and a sauce. I cook that all in the morning, fresh, every morning, before work so it’s as fess as possible and still warm at work
