Timewaster: someone who arranges a meet and doesn't turn up

I also think someone who cancels at the last minute after you've spent ages getting ready could be considered a timewaster, though it depends how good the reason is.

Timewaster: name to call someone who doesn't do exactly what you want. Does not necessarily mean the person is a timewaster.
