Unprecedented: meaning we've got no effin clue how to organise a piss up in a brewery.

i.e. shut down 5 or 6 local offices, then don't bother employing MORE staff to answer the bleedin phones. Then saying how demand is so unexpectedly high at the severely understaffed call centre!
