Hey there is no set rule, just do whatever you can if it’s 5 seconds or 10 just challenge yourself an extra second or two each day and see what happens " I’ve found it’s actually quicker than you’d think to increase the time. It’s hard at first and needs repetition every day but so worth it! | |||

" The telegram thing works, or you could just do what you’ve done today and make a post on the forum explaining what the exercise is. That way anyone that would like to participate can do so and you can always post a link to a picture of the pose you want us to do. Not sure if this would be easier? | |||
