I have recently searched my user name on google and it appears on the search engine. When I have clicked onto it my profile appears, it seems everything that can be seen by users is available. Although this is only when I am logged in it is a bit worrying as I log in quite often and sometimes for long durations. Can some one with two accounts ie couples try this and see if it is the case or it is only variable from said persons hand set, pc. I have asked admin about this and am waiting for a reply, thanks

Go to my account / privacy and untick the "make my profile available to search engines"

there is an option on your privacy setings that removes you from search enine reults i think

Sorry it actually reads

"Allow my profile to be listed on search engines"

you may also want to untick the

"Show my profile to non-registered users"

also in the my account / privacy page

I logged out and googled your username..

your profile comes up... but the pics are all blurred out

You're still showing. POF too - if that is you then you need to adjust that one as well.

Oops apparently can take a few weeks to be removed from search engines. It just shows to read things a little closer when signing up to sites like this!
