A million years ago I used Cetaphil, too" I tried it after hearing good things and it works, it's often on offer too. Definitely worth a try. I still use Aveeno but it's nice to change it up and have another option. | |||

" The 500ml bottle seems to be pretty expensive in most retail shops so I order it from Amazon as they do it cheaper | |||

"The winter months are always a pain with my psoriasis. I have prescribed topical creams. But for inbetween I use e45 cream, palmers cocoa butter, body shop avacado butter is really good but a tad expensive. Face wise I’ll only use e45 face wash cream. X" For psoriasis ask your doctor to prescribe enstilar foam spray, it's a topical foam steroid that is a lot better at calming down scaling, and it will take down the redness, it's lots better than dovobet or similar ointments, it will make a massive difference | |||
