I have to write a letter for interest for a new job... Does anyone have any pointers for creating a first class letter of interest....

Go from the job spec / person spec Show your ability / persobality as it best matches what they're looking for.

Describe how your experience matches their easential requirements and point out which "desirable / preferred" requirements you fit.

Check out the company website / any published info on them and drop some snippets about this in to show you've researched them.
