I'm sure most of you will be delighted to see the back of 2021!!! If there's one thing the plague has taught me, it's to go with your gut and always put yourself first. I hope you all enjoy yourselves tonight, whether that's an early night with a cup of Olvaltine at 9pm, or seeing in 2022 with a bang! We're here for a good time not a long time xx

It's an odd concept to grasp.

We are brought up to not be vain, to share and to be nice to everyone.

Then after years of being walked all over, we have to relearn to think of our own health and happiness. Which takes time.

Putting one's own needs first, or at least high, is not the same as being selfish either
