I see this a lot on womens profiles and I’m genuinely interested as to why but so many say “absolutely no bi guys”

I appreciate everyone has their preferences but I find this one a little odd

Why do you find it odd?

"Why do you find it odd? "

It just seems to crop up on a lot of profiles and excludes a group of people for a reason I don’t understand.

I know, I find it totally odd too.

If I'm going to have sex with a woman, why does it matter if she had a face full of vagina two weeks ago?!

I can only surmise they think bi guys are less manly, or carry a higher risk of disease, are homophobic, or the old chestnut, preference.

It's called "choice" or in another word, "preference!" Just as some profiles say, "no Asians" or similar, it's down to individuals stating who they wish to meet just as those they don't wish to!

You probably exclude people for reasons they don't understand either

I don't delve because I know the reasoning behind the exclusion will irritate me, largely because it will be heavy with conditioning, preconceptions, judgement and phobia

It is, however distasteful, their preference though and, certainly on here, I just accept we aren't compatible and move on

You’ve already answered your own question.

They have a preference.

The same as you have preferences on your profile.

I find that it’s far better use of your time to focus your energies on people who will meet you instead of those who choose to exclude you.

There have been quite a lot of threads on this topic if you search and you may start to get an idea of why people claim this "preference". I wasn't aware of the level of bias against bi men until I joined the site. But lots of women don't think like this here. I don't.
