This week's fruit box contained (among other things) cranberries. I made cranberry sauce with the ones that came before Christmas, what on earth can I do with these?

I'm thinking brie and cranberries might be nice at lunch time tomorrow but that's not going to use all of them.

Uou can freeze them to make cranberry sauce another time. I always freeze a few packs when they are available and use throughout the year.

You can also use them in scones. Local cafe has cranberry scones and are delicious.

So, baking or adding to cereal?

I might take the freezer option, that seems like a good idea I could use a handful as and when.
