Catches the eye has to be the profile photo because that’s the same as ‘real life’ if you like the look of someone then you approach them… then after that it has to be their write up and see if there is anything that intrigues you further like thief fantasises or ‘looking for’

First of all it's a visual thing because that's what your first impressions are before a word is spoken or a profile text read. For me a lovely a smile, bight eyes, a chunky lady (I don't mean to sound derogatory in anyway, just seems the words that describe best), who has great proportionality, big hips and thick thighs. Also I have a bit of a weakness for red heads.

However that is the first bite. But my attraction to a person is far more about mental compatibility for me. My attraction can either grow or wane very rapidly (regardless of physical features) once I get talking to someone or read what they have to say. I love a fellow geek but I just love a beautiful mind. I love intelligence, but a beautiful mind doesn't have to be someone who knows lots of things, has education or is incredibly mentally articulate. A beautiful mind can just be some who has a passion for something or a great outlook on the world or humour or great humanity.

That's basically it for me. To be fair I never really can gauge attraction until I meet someone in person.
