How bothered are you about using your real name here?

Are you happy to share? If so say hello here… I’m Lucy though most my mates still call me Saff…

Yes I’m a nosy bugger and just like putting an actual name to a person.

Although the name I started life with is Suzie. We will go with that.

I tend to disclose my real name shortly after meeting in person and if I feel I can trust the people involved. I had a bad experience with someone I used to chat on here going to my workplace and asking my colleagues where I was. It felt stalkery and intrusive and since then I only give my real name to people I’ve met in real life and know I can trust.

Having said all that, I love my Fab name (Alice) and I wish it were my real name! It was my grandmother’s and favourite auntie’s name. My mother refused to name me like them, lol.

On the forum I wouldn't unless I've spoken to someone for a while.

People I meet I like to be given a real name. Have experienced someone not stopping after giving a fake name, and not recognising their given name. So it's a bit of a deal breaker if I'm meeting someone.

M had called their name to get attention, was a MFM meet, M was watching at the time. He didn't even acknowledge his name had been called and carried on. And then he had to be shouted at, wasn't bad. But has left a bit of a concern in my mind since.

My last profile name which I had for twenty years was used by me on various sites and contained the name Alice so, everyone just assumed that was my real name and even my closest friends call me that (my friends know my real name). Alice fits me like a glove and its a good way to separate vanilla life from the fun/kink life. Separating lives with different names makes it so much easier.

I think it is true that even those of us who know each others names still refer to ourselves by our fab names. Probably due to interaction in the forums.

I happily tell people my familial name when chatting off the forums.

"I think it is true that even those of us who know each others names still refer to ourselves by our fab names. Probably due to interaction in the forums.

I happily tell people my familial name when chatting off the forums.

You wouldn't track me down on social media with it so do not see it as an issue.

My fab name is associated with my off fab name.

Yes I am Clark Kent

I thought your name was Lex Luther?

Oh now everyone knows that the hair in my profile pic is a wig "

Sorry, Lex

For years I went by Lynette (or Nettie) - recently changed it to Samantha to match my male name of Sam.

But as of Boxing Day I'm now legally Samantha - just been out starting to change all my bank accounts and things!

"I'm pretty sure my actual real name is Posh these days. Because no one I speak to calls me anything else

Although the name I started life with is Suzie. We will go with that.

(Not like anyone in this tiny town doesn't already know)"

Same here everyone who knows me on here calls me tinder or tg , my real name is ridiculously common and if you have connected with me off here it's on there, tbh I'm used to being called my fab name and find it strange when I get called my real name.

I give my real name out to a few people, but everyone still calls me Hippy, and the occasional Mabel/mabs which was my first user name.

I’m not ashamed of being on here, but it’s a small village, I’d get sacked and my kids would have the piss ripped out of them.

It's not really a big one for my name to be known if my face isn't connected to it, so I use my real name - just no face pics!!! I do have in my friends photos - obviously they've already seen me.

When I was asked what my real name was I nearly fell away - I never realised people used pseudonyms

I've met a few people that use pseudonyms quite far or even permanently in the process... I respect that as I too am quite cautious of drama, but I just like hearing my own name in sexy talk so tend to cave quite quickly when I've decided I like someone

I do keep toying with an alter-ego though, what to call her

Even those that know my name, except a couple of individuals, still call me Shortie or Chick. Just as I tend to use nicknames or user names when in public with others, as not for me to use their real name or disclose it.

My full name was at a venue in error but hopefully most were to fixated on boobs, bums and bulges to take much notice. Even if they did, they couldn’t do anything to hurt me with it

"On the forum I wouldn't unless I've spoken to someone for a while.

People I meet I like to be given a real name. Have experienced someone not stopping after giving a fake name, and not recognising their given name. So it's a bit of a deal breaker if I'm meeting someone.

What do you mean not stopping?

M had called their name to get attention, was a MFM meet, M was watching at the time. He didn't even acknowledge his name had been called and carried on. And then he had to be shouted at, wasn't bad. But has left a bit of a concern in my mind since. "

Ah ok.

I'm not sure I'd be bothered if people knew, but since no one on here knows me well enough anyway, it'd be pretty pointless - the closest anyone would get to needing it is on the forum, and if they used that instead of my username no one else would know who they were talking to/about. The few who know me well or who I've met in real life know it, of course.
