Beginners can reduce the time/reps, experienced people can up the time/reps for more of a challenge! There is a picture of the daily plank and a description to help us - I'm happy to mail it every evening (maybe we could do a telegram group??) Its called 'the Ultimate 30-Day Plank Challenge for Your Strongest Core Ever' if you want to Google it Remember you can reduce the time, reduce the reps or increase the tine and increase the reps! I'm all organised * January = planking challenges! * February = squats challenge Someone had a great idea to take a 'before' picture and then at the end of the month take an 'after' picture. You can post these on the forum, or just use them for your personal progress journal... But i would recommend you do it... I want you to feel a sense of achievement at the end of it! I'll do a daily thread describing the activity.. And will send a photo of the pose via PM to everyone who is participating.. I'll aim to send that the night before.. I'm not know as midnight for no reason, so it might be late lol Then it'll be up to you how many seconds and reps you do.. You can post that in the daily thread and we can congratulate, encourage and cry in pain together But hopefully we'll have some fun along the way I guess i need to make a list of everyone who is going to participate, so please send me a message on the back of this thread (post here if you can't get through my filters) and I'll make a list!
