No. I wear Asics for road but for a few years now all my trail shoes have been inov8. Decided to spoil myself and try their new trailfly ultras - my last ultra had a lot of fast forestry track that I was running at road marathon pace and I had a bruised feeling on the balls of my feet after so thought I'd try something with a bit more cushion for that type of run.

A dog bed. I totally underestimated the size of the original bed I picked up. Pup is 10 weeks and is hanging off the edge when she's stretched out already. It looked huge in the shop!

"Smart plugs, to go with my Alexa"

They're great. We got a smart plug and a smart light for the loft (kids den) and landing. So nice getting into bed and just telling alexa to turn the lights off
