Sprouts

But only if they're part boiled and then fried off in butter with smoked pancetta

I'm on both the above! Olives and sprouts. Hated both as a kid!

Lets add cheese to this list. Barely could eat cheddar and now my fridge absolutely stinks!

Likewise, Olives were disgusting.

Not food but I thought beer and wine was awful, and I have definitely changed my mind.

Cooked vegetables. It was only after I left home I realised that my mum used to boil the life out of them then put them in a cold serving dish. The result being really soggy veg that went cold before I had chance to eat them so I just used to have some raw carrot instead. I eat most veg now.

Vegetables. Marrying a man who could cook and loves to experiment with food was a revelation. I would only eat sweetcorn as a child.

I still hate bananas, celery and baked beans though

Truffles. Had no interest in them til I was about 40.

Can’t think of any foods that I liked in my younger days that I no longer like, I think the list of things I like just keeps getting longer

Not sure why but I did not like leeks till I was a lot older. A bit weird I know as there is not a particularly strong taste to them.
