I’m still on holidays until the new year

I might do a little work so it doesn’t back up too. Far, but all in all I am still with my feet up having a good time f’kers!!!

*I am actually going out-out tomorrow

I do feel for those who have to go in for a day or two in between, sometimes I think it’s pointless.

Still off and searching for stuff to do. I was meant to be somewhere nice and hot for the Xmas period but changed plans as could not be bothered with all the stress with tests, restrictions,uncertainty and such like. I am probably going shopping later for stuff I don't really need as weather not particularly great for anything else.

I agree with you, It’s a step away from dry and warm, it’s as good as it gets in the winter.

We lost the meaning of the 12 days of Christmas along the way didn’t we? I get the emergency services are needed, but do we really’need’ everything to get back to ‘normal’ so quickly? Can’t we have time to relax after just once a year?

Jeez cant imagine what It b like after that long! We shut the extra day this year! Customers were in those doors soon as they opened at 8! Like vultures grabbing the £6 fresh turkeys like their lives depended on them! And not just the one greedy buggers! We all like a bargain! But really? Leave some for others? X

I'm off out out tonight but when I get home tomorrow I've no plans to do anything except catch up on Christmas telly and read my book (and take down the decs, and sort out a couple of cupboards, and put my presents into the space I clear, and do a million other little household jobs).
