How often do you have them?

I don't have them often, however, my confidence was shaken slightly on Sunday.

All is well now, and I am happy!

Fairly often, but I tend to feel if I am comfortable all the time I am not challenging myself enough.

Continually step outside your comfort zone and you'll have wobbles in confidence.

Life's not about staying where it's safe and comfortable though, IMO.

I like your outlook on life. I try to live mine in a similar way and have had some of the best experiences in my life as a result of pushing my own boundaries as much as I dare.

Self doubt? I go a lot further than that, I often doubt if the entire world/life/population etc. ifs just a figment of my imagination

Too often and another nail in our swinging coffin really...me looks, wife size...but we both feel we make up for it in the personality stakes instead...most people think we are a lot of fun etc...so we are content with that..
