Ouch !

Off my crutches for about a week now.

And leg been getting better , till earlier on.

When i accepted a lift from someone at the shops. had to get me leg up to get in as it was high and guess wot

Its bloody gone again.

And now using my crutches again. and it hurts

sobs...

Lesson to be learnt.

Dont get ya leg over till its completely better

pulled all the ligaments in my knee the other week and thought it was comming along nicely.

But now........ouch ouch ouch .

I dont know where to stick it.
