The roast will be ready for 2pm, will probably have a few platefuls of that!

That'll send me to sleep for the afternoon. Then do it all again this evening

Leaving Christmas Dinner for tomorrow - the chef isn't feeling too chirpy today. But that's fine, more time to get the house in order and prep the veg for a relaxing meal tomorrow instead

As I have been working this morning, just had a late brunch, full english, my venison is ready to go into the oven, scallops are prepped, christmas pud cheesecake is made, just some veg to sort out.
