London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact

Breakfast :none

Lunch: beef with stir fried noodles

Snack: ham and cheese sandwich and crisps

Dinner: Christmas McDonald's meal with nuggets

Snacks: oatmeal muffin

Now: Ferrero rocher

I feel sluggish and feel sleepy even though I normally sleep around 1:30 on a normal weeknight. I will try not to eat now until around 4pm when we'll have our late-ish Christmas Dinner. With about three different puddings.

North West

Breakfast: Cornflakes and banana. Green tea

Lunch: A ham and cheese toastie, coffee and a biscuit

Tea: Paella with chicken and chorizo, sangria (hic) with raspberries and ice cream for dessert

I think I had a second biscuit whilst on the beach...

Drank various tea/coffee and water throughout the day. Pretty normal stuff really (though the ice cream and biscuits are holiday treats).
