East London

My mum's sausage meat and Sage & Onion Paxo stuffing.

Not a fan of chestnuts or fruit in stuffing.

Why does everyone insist on putting sage in it? Otherwise it's quite tasty. Especially sausage. Who doesn't like sausage stuffing?

I do but can’t be arsed with the faff. So it’s a box of Paxo and have done with it.

I don't like cold stuffing or shop bought stuffing sos ....

I'm a sucker for crispy stuff so I do my own with bread, onions n herbs and crisp it up in the oven.

Lush ..... and easy a bit like yourself Minnie

Me it's wrong, I want bread stuffing that's all crispy that soaks up the gravy on my plate.

Definitely homemade liver, breadcrumbs and chestnut stuffing with figs and walnuts too (optional). Alternatively, sausage meat, apple and cranberry one is also good. Sage and onion is not for me but Iappreciate others like it.

Ah stuffing. A complex blend of cat litter, the sweepings from the bottom of a hamster cage and sawdust. Yummy.

Agreed, if inclined to get the little sachet ones. Homemade stuffing with nice fresh ingredients like chicken livers, chestnuts, walnuts, cranberries, tangerines and such like is something totally different.
