I'm sure I've seen programmes with bronze ones. Maybe try that in a Google search?

Try local art college or gallery. There may be a local sculptor who can help.

It’s not straight forwards if you want an actual cast you need get her in a comfortable position , build / fit a simple wooden tray / flange a few inches wide at 90 degrees on her hips fill any cracks with plasticine , spray her with PVA, let her dry , probably 2-3 applications, then pour 2-4 layers of silicone rubber on, letting each go semi dry , then build a simple wooden frame to keep the mould in shape , it’s a good 2-4 hours work , I’ve done it with hands never tried other body parts

I do remember once on EUROTRASH they did this at a factory in germany, Antoine de Caunes visited said factory and watched how it was done. Looked good, apart from it was very 'pubey' in germany back then

For some reason I thought you said ass!

For a whole body i’d split into arms legs torso and head.

You will need flanges on each section to bolt together when casting.

You also need to flip her over and do the reverse. I’m not sure about the face , but some kind of mask or release agent designed for faces will be available, my hands burned a little as the silicon set but it was ok , but not for a face .

You also need to think about your final casting materials - concrete, GRC ? , expandable foam ? It will impact the design of moulds

When you have made and finished your moulds wax them 5-6 times then spray with PVA release agent, bolt Together if pouring your cast, drill a hole and fill.

That’s most of the processes .

Research the people who make reconstruction suits of armour in GRP they will do it for you, it shouldn’t cost more than a couple of grand
