Right I've just reached 10000 steps for the day at its only 12:38pm

I'm going to undo all that hard work by getting myself a maccy D's

What are you having ?

And also what have you destroyed after spending so much time building or nurturing ?

Im having a greek beef bourguignon.

Recently.. well i built a wall for my garage extension and it ran 4" out... i used string instead of lazer level so had to knock the thing down and start again
