I've always had nice neighbors, because I do these nice little things for them like moving their bins if they have been left in the way and give them a cooking book as a Christmas present

Never talk to a neighbour, they'll either be after borrowing tools which they never give back, or looking for free babysitting/dog sitting.

Avoid at all costs.

Well if they would stop useing my god damm bin when there’s is full

And put they bin out when it’s ment to be maybe we get on a bit better

Nothing worse than being the only bin out and then go down and find it hafe full the next day

You have been unlucky with neighbours then. I am in my sixth home and have always had lovely neighbours. Neighbours I have always interacted frequently
