The nuts themselves take months to 'go off', can be up to a year, the chocolate too takes months.

Keep in the fridge or an airtight tin.

I'll keep them in the fridge then, saves a headache down the line.

Wonder if you can use them in a desert...

I've not tried the ones from H&B, usually I get Payne's, but they're so expensive now!
