They serve a purpose. They can appear lazy but also be cliche, truism, ironic or inclusive. A bit like "Am I alone?" - Do you want us to question your rhetoric? answer you physical status? Agree and echo chamber? - it is sometimes more useful to consider how it is said rather than the words themselves

I don't know, if I'm wanting someone to piss on me or ram a plastic phallus up my arsenal, that is indeed both naughty and fun in my book, but not easy to just come out and write straight off, so a degree of euphemism is handy to just keep things on the left hand side of decent.

The line we're all here for the same thing is a generalisation, but we are all here for some form of sex based shenanigans. Unless we took a wrong turn at the Mills and Boons website??
