I’ve uploaded some photos for private gallery clicked the save button but there not showing. Quiet new on here, so any help would be appreciated.

Are they awaiting approval??

If they are 'private' they will not show in your public or friends gallery

Private or friends only? If they are private they won’t show in gallery.

If you want friends to see them, make them friends only

Go to account and look at manage photos.

They should show in there.
