Ohhhh love Christmas cake. I've made one this year and I've been regularly feeding it with a little rum. Going to marzipan and ice is on Sunday afternoon.

Looking forward to eating it, on its own, or maybe a little piece of Wensleydale, or Stilton with apricot.
